Review funnels for local businesses

Hear about a bad experience while you can still fix it.

Customers scan a QR code and rate their visit; you are alerted at once when someone is unhappy, and every customer gets your review links.

Works from a QR code or a link. No website or developer needed.

How it works

One question, then the right next step.

The same flow for every customer. What changes is what you learn, and how fast.

  1. Step 1

    Ask every customer

Print the QR code or send the link. Every customer gets the same question: how was your visit? One tap on a star answers it.

  2. Step 2

Hear about problems first, and fix them

A low rating asks what went wrong and whether you may get in touch. You get an email at once with the answers and the contact details.

  3. Step 3

Every customer can leave a public review

Happy customers see your review links straight after rating. Unhappy customers get a button that opens the same links. Nobody is blocked.

The recovery inbox

Every low rating, with what you need to put it right.

When a customer leaves a low rating, it reaches you by email at once and stays in your recovery inbox until you have dealt with it.

  • An alert, at once

The email has the rating, what the customer wrote and how to reach them.

  • What went wrong, in their words

Each answer is shown under the question you asked.

  • Contact details, with permission

The name, email or phone number they left, and whether they agreed to be contacted.

  • New, contacted, resolved

Mark each item as you work it, and keep a private note of what you agreed.

  • One follow-up, with your review links

After you resolve an item you can send one follow-up email with your review links, if the customer left an email address and agreed to be contacted.

Why RepRocket exists

I have watched angry customers, ready to leave one star, change their minds and leave five. It happened after I reached out personally and fixed the problem.

I built RepRocket so you hear about a bad experience first, with enough detail to act, before it becomes a public review.

Questions

Straight answers

Something else you want to know? Ask us.

What happens when someone leaves a low rating?

They are asked what went wrong and whether you may contact them. You get an email at once with their answers and any contact details they left, and the rating appears in your recovery inbox.

You mark it contacted, then resolved. The customer still gets a button that opens your review links.

Can an unhappy customer still leave a public review?

Yes. Nobody is blocked. After a low rating the customer sees a button that opens the same review links a happy customer sees.

RepRocket gives you the chance to fix the problem. It does not hide the review links.

Do I need a website or a developer?

No. Each funnel is a page we host, with its own link and QR code. You choose the questions and add your review links in the dashboard, then print the code or share the link.

Does this follow Google's review rules?

Yes. By default we ensure that all review templates are handled according to Google's terms of service. Businesses are given high flexibility over how they want to handle their funnels. You can change the flow, and the builder states the Google terms at the places where you make those choices. Businesses that use Google Business services are responsible for their own compliance with Google's terms of service.

How do the plans differ?

The plans differ only in locations. Business: 1 location. Business Mogul: 5 locations included, then $30 a month for each extra location.

Everything else is the same on both: unlimited funnels, custom domains, white label, Google figures for each location, review links for any site, and CSV export.

Can I use my own domain?

Every funnel gets its own address on reprocket.app.

Every plan also lets you use a domain of your own, with your own branding.

What does the trial include?

New customers can try Business free for 14 days, with 1 location and everything included. It renews at $97 a month unless you cancel before the trial ends. A card is required at checkout, and there is one free trial per business.
