Analytics and reporting guide

Where each figure is, a weekly routine for reading them, and how to export them.

4 min read

RepRocket's figures answer three questions: who needs you, how customers rate you, and whether that is reaching your public reviews. This guide shows where each answer is, and a short routine for using them.

For definitions of every figure, see What the figures mean.

Where the figures are

ScreenWhat it is for
OverviewToday's picture: the strip of key figures, customers waiting for a reply, and the main panels
RecoveryEvery low rating, from waiting to resolved
RatingsEvery rating, with search and filters, and a CSV export
Ratings → GoogleEach location's Google rating, reviews by star, growth and goal
AnalyticsThe same ratings over time, in more depth, with a CSV export
A funnel's Summary and Share tabsThe figures for that funnel alone

Every screen counts the same way, so a figure is the same wherever it appears.

Choosing what you look at

  • Location: the location switcher at the top of the rail. All locations compares every location of the account; the Overview then ranks them by average rating.
  • Period: 7, 30 or 90 whole days ending today, compared with the same number of days before.
  • Funnels: all of them, or one.

Each panel's note says which period and funnels it covers.

What Analytics adds

  • Rating over time: the seven-day average rating.
  • Star breakdown and Against the period before.
  • From scan to review link, and Review link opens by site.
  • Busiest times (day and hour) and By day of the week.
  • Funnels compared.
  • Recovery: waiting, contacted, resolved, and the usual time to first contact.

Switch between Charts and Tables, and turn Compare with the period before on or off.

A weekly routine

  1. Recovery: is anyone still waiting? Answer them first.
  2. Overview, 7D: is the average rating holding? Is the happy share moving?
  3. From scan to review link: are customers opening the page, rating, and going on to a review link? See From scan to review link for what to change at each step.
  4. Ratings → Google: has the review count grown? How far is the goal?
  5. Analytics → Busiest times: are your QR cards where customers are at those times?

For a multi-location business, do steps 2 to 4 with All locations first, then open the locations at the bottom of the ranking.

Reports

There are no scheduled email reports. To share figures:

  • Export CSV on Analytics saves the period day by day: ratings by sentiment, the daily average and the seven-day average.
  • Export CSV on Ratings saves the ratings listed, with the customer's details and comment.

See Exporting your data.

Limits to know

  • Page opens and review link opens have been counted since 13 October 2026. A period starting earlier shows counts without percentages.
  • A change is shown only when both periods have ratings.
  • Opening a review link is not publishing a review. Your Google review count, on Ratings → Google, is the measure of reviews actually published there.
