Exporting your data

Save ratings and daily figures as CSV files, and download QR codes and invoices.

2 min read

You can save your ratings and your figures as CSV files, which open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. Each export saves what is on the screen, after your filters.

Export ratings

  1. Open Ratings in the rail.
  2. Choose the location in the location switcher, or All locations.
  3. Set the period, the funnels, the stars or a search, if you want only some ratings.
  4. Press Export CSV.

The file has one row per rating: Date, Customer, Email, Phone, Funnel, Rating, Comment and Recovery status.

Export one funnel's ratings

  1. Open Funnels and choose the funnel.
  2. Go to its Ratings tab and set any filters.
  3. Press Export CSV.

The file has Date, Customer, Email, Stars, Comment and Recovery.

Export figures day by day

  1. Open Analytics in the rail.
  2. Choose the period and the funnels.
  3. Press Export CSV.

The file has one row per day: Day, Ratings, Happy (4 and 5 stars), Middling (3 stars), Low (1 and 2 stars), Average rating and Seven-day average.

Other things to download

  • QR codes: Download PNG or Download SVG on a funnel's Share tab, or from QR cards.
  • Invoices: on Plan and billing, each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF or opened online. Only the Admin owner sees billing.

Who can export

Anyone who can see the ratings can export them. A User sees, and exports, only the locations they work at.

Look after the files

A ratings export holds customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers and comments. Keep the file somewhere only your team can open, use it only to serve those customers, and delete it when you no longer need it.

If an export looks wrong

  • Fewer rows than expected: check the location, the period and the filters. The export holds only what is listed.
  • Strange characters: open the file with your spreadsheet's import, and choose UTF-8.
  • A comment starting with an apostrophe: a comment that begins with =, +, - or @ gets an apostrophe in front, so a spreadsheet does not treat it as a formula.
