Webhooks and connecting other systems
RepRocket has no webhooks or public API. How to get your data into other tools instead.

RepRocket does not send webhooks, and it has no public API. Nothing needs to be set up for your funnels, alerts or figures to work.
If you want your ratings in another system, such as a spreadsheet, a CRM or a reporting tool, export them as a CSV file and import that file.
What you can export

The files open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. See Exporting your data.
What else you can take with you
- QR codes: download as PNG or SVG from a funnel's Share tab or from QR cards.
- Invoices: download each one from Plan and billing (Admin owner only).
Getting low ratings to the right people
You do not need a webhook to be told about a low rating. RepRocket emails an alert to the people you choose, within a minute or so. See Low-rating alerts and follow-up emails.
