Understanding your Overview

The period, the locations, the strip of figures, the recovery queue and the panels.

3 min read

The Overview is the first screen after you sign in. It answers two questions: who needs you, and how is the business doing. Open it from Overview at the top of the rail.

Choose what you are looking at

  • Location: the location switcher at the top of the rail names the location in view. Choose another, or All locations to see every location of the account together.
  • Period: 7D, 30D or 90D. A period is that many whole calendar days ending today, in your own time zone.
  • Funnels: every funnel in the location, or one funnel.
  • Saved views: Today, This week, and By funnel (when you have more than one funnel).

Every figure on the screen follows these choices. Each panel's note says which days and which funnels it covers. The choice is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark a view.

The strip of figures

The bar across the top holds the figures that matter most, each with a small trend line and its change against the period before:

  • Average rating: the plain average of the stars left in the period.
  • Ratings: how many were left.
  • Happy share: the share of ratings that were 4 or 5 stars.
  • Opened a review link: how many customers who rated then tapped a review link.
  • Low ratings resolved: of the low ratings in the period, how many you have resolved, contacted, or not yet answered.
  • Waiting for a reply: customers in the recovery inbox nobody has answered yet.

A change is shown only when both periods have ratings. With nothing to compare, the screen says "No earlier figure".

The recovery queue

The Overview holds the recovery queue, so you can answer an unhappy customer without leaving it. Select a customer to read what they wrote, then call or email them if they left a way and agreed, mark them contacted, or resolve them. The full inbox is under Recovery in the rail.

Waiting shows everyone nobody has answered, however long ago they rated. The period never hides a customer who is still waiting.

The panels

  • From scan to review link: three counts that follow one another. The page was opened, a rating was left, a review link was opened.
  • Star breakdown: how many ratings at each star level.
  • Google rating: the location's rating on Google and its goal, once its Google listing is added. See Showing your Google reviews for each location.
  • Funnels: each funnel with its QR code, link, status, average, count and trend.
  • Latest ratings: the most recent ratings, newest first.

With All locations chosen, the Overview starts with a Locations panel that ranks every location by average rating. Choose a row to switch to that location.

Getting started

Until your first funnel is set up, the Overview shows the next step to take, such as adding a review link, with the funnel's link and QR code to hand.

Good to know

  • Page opens and review link opens have been counted since 13 October 2026. For a period that starts before then, the counts are shown without a percentage, because the two would not cover the same days.
  • The top bar shows when the figures were last fetched.
  • Analytics in the rail shows the same data over time, with more charts and a CSV export. See What the figures mean.
