White label
White label guide
Put your logo, color and domain on the sign-in screen and dashboard for your people and clients.

White label puts your brand in place of ours. Your logo, your color and your domain appear on the sign-in screen and the dashboard, so your employees, franchisees or agency clients work in a tool that carries your name. White label is included on every plan.
Who can set it up
The Admin owner and Admins, in Settings → White label. If you do not see it, ask the account's Admin owner.
If the section says white label is not set up for this account yet, press Set up white label first.
Step 1: Your brand
Under Brand:
- Brand name: shown where there is no logo, and read out to screen readers as the logo's description.
- Logo: shown 32 pixels high on the black side rail, so a light or white logo reads best. Upload the file, or give the address of an image.
- Browser icon: the small icon in the browser tab. A square .png, .ico or .svg.
Add at least a logo or a brand name. Without either, your clients see the default logo on your domain.
Step 2: Your color
Under Color, set the Accent color as a hex value such as #0F766E, or pick it. It replaces the standard crimson throughout the dashboard. The text shade, the shade on the black rail and the brand gradient are all worked out from it, so everything stays readable. A color too pale for white text is darkened until it passes.
Leave it empty to keep the standard crimson.
The Preview beside the form shows the sign-in panel and the dashboard rail as your clients will see them, in light and dark.
Step 3: Your domain
Under Your domain, enter a domain you own, such as app.yourcompany.com. Use a subdomain: a root domain such as yourcompany.com cannot be connected.
- Add the CNAME record the screen shows, where your domain's DNS is managed.
- Press Check again, or wait. The address is checked automatically for a week and switched on as soon as the record is found. Its security certificate is issued automatically.
- When it shows Live, your people sign in at your address.
See Setting up a custom subdomain or domain for what each status means and how to fix a record.
What your clients see on your domain
- The sign-in screen and the dashboard, with your logo, name, color and browser icon. The rail never shows RepRocket's name.
- RepRocket's public pages (pricing, help and so on) are not shown on your domain: visitors are sent to sign in, or to the dashboard if they already have.
- Emails the dashboard sends (low-rating alerts and follow-ups) come from Rep Support, with the location's name at the start of the subject. RepRocket's name is not in them.
- Password reset emails come from our sign-in service. The code in the email works on your domain; the link in it may finish on reprocket.app. See Password reset and account recovery.
Funnel pages are separate
White label changes the dashboard. Each funnel's public page has its own look (Set up → Look) and can have its own address (Settings → Domains). Funnel pages never show RepRocket's name.
Adding your clients
Add each client business as a location, and each client's staff as Users of that location. See Team management guide.
Need more help? Use Help → Chat with us in the dashboard, or email support@reprocket.app.
