Customization

Customizing your funnel's look

Set your logo, color, fonts, background and words, starting from one of twelve looks.

3 min read

You can make a funnel look like your business: your logo, your color, your fonts and your words. Whatever you choose, the page keeps its text readable. It works out every shade from your color and adjusts them until they pass contrast checks, in light and dark.

Where to find it

  1. Open Funnels in the rail and choose the funnel.
  2. Go to Set up → Look.

The preview beside the controls shows the page as customers will see it. On a phone, open Preview in the list of sections. Save with the save bar at the bottom of the screen.

Start from a look

Start from a look has twelve ready-made looks: Clean, Midnight, Warm café, Botanical, Coastal, Studio, Bold, Luxe, Playful, Clinic, Slate and Sunset. Pick one, then change anything below. Your words and footer stay as they are when you switch looks.

  • Reset to puts back the look you started from.
  • Reset everything goes back to the default.

The sections

Brand

  • Logo, its Logo size (Small, Medium, Large) and Logo placement (Above, Corner, In card).
  • Brand color: used on buttons, stars and highlights. If you have uploaded a logo, the colors from your logo are offered first.

Page

  • Appearance: Light, Dark, or Follow the phone.
  • Background: Color, Gradient, Photo or Pattern (Dots, Grid, Lines, Waves). A photo can have a veil over it so the text stays readable, and you can choose which part of the photo stays in view.

Shape and type

  • Surface: Card, Glass or No card.
  • Corners: Square, Soft or Round.
  • Buttons: Filled, Outline or Pill.
  • Fonts: a choice of font pairings. They are part of the page itself, so they look the same on every phone and load fast.

Header and motion

  • Header: None, Brand band, or Cover photo.
  • Motion: None, Subtle or Lively. Motion is always off for customers whose phone asks for less motion.
  • Progress: Bar, Dots or Hidden.

Rating

Rating style: Stars, Numbers or Faces. Every style records the same 1 to 5.

Review links

Review link buttons: in each site's own colors, so customers spot Google or Yelp at a glance, or in your colors, so every button matches the page.

Words

The welcome button, the line above the rating, the heading and text above your review links, and the thank-you message. Leave a field empty to keep the default. You can insert the business name, and it is filled in for you.

Footer

A line at the foot of the page, such as your address, opening hours or phone number.

Questions and look are separate

The look decides how the page looks. The questions decide what customers are asked and where each answer leads. Change those in Set up → Questions. See Adding custom questions to your funnel.

To replace both at once, use Use a template in the Questions section. You choose which parts the template replaces: the questions, the look, the words, or any of them.

Tips

  • Check the preview in light and dark if you chose Follow the phone.
  • A photo background works best with a veil. Without one, text over a busy photo is hard to read.
  • Keep the words short. Customers read them on a phone, often standing up.
