How to share your funnel with a link or QR code

Copy the link, download the QR code, print QR cards and choose where to put them.

3 min read

Every funnel has one link and one QR code that opens it. Customers need no account and no app. Both are on the funnel's Share tab.

Find the link and the QR code

  1. Open Funnels in the rail and choose the funnel.
  2. Go to the Share tab.

There you will find:

  • Link: press Copy link and paste it wherever you talk to customers.
  • QR code: press Download PNG for a document or a screen, or Download SVG for a printer or a designer. The SVG stays sharp at any size.
  • Is it being seen: how many times the page was opened, how many of those were scans of the code, and how many ratings were left in the period.
  • What customers see: the live page in a phone frame.

The QR code keeps working if you change the funnel's wording, look or review links. You do not need to reprint it.

Your funnel's address

A new funnel opens at its standard link on reprocket.app. You can also give it a subdomain such as yourbusiness.reprocket.app, or a domain you own such as reviews.yourbusiness.com. The standard link keeps working either way. See Setting up a custom subdomain or domain.

Where to put it

  • At the counter or till: at eye level, where customers wait to pay. A card on a stand works better than one lying flat.
  • On the table: one per table, facing the seat. Customers rate while the visit is fresh.
  • On the receipt or the bag: for takeaway and delivery. Add a few words, such as "How was your visit?".
  • In a message afterwards: paste the link into the email or text you already send after a visit or a job.

Ask when the customer has just been served. That is when they are most likely to rate.

Print QR cards

For something ready to print, open QR cards in the rail (under Tools), or press Design a QR card on the Share tab.

  1. Choose the funnel the code opens.
  2. Choose a size: Counter card, Business card, Sticker, A5 sign, or Code only (to place in your own artwork).
  3. Choose a template for the colors, then set the wording and the logo.
  4. Press Download PNG, Download SVG or Print. You can print one card or a sheet.
  5. Press Save card to keep the design. Saved cards are listed under Saved cards.

A QR code needs dark marks on a light background to scan. If you change the colors, the card warns you when a choice might not scan. Test a printed card with a phone before you hand out a hundred.

Scans and links are counted apart

A visit from the QR code is counted as a scan. A visit from the link is counted as a link. You can see both on the Share tab and on the Overview. Page opens have been counted since 13 October 2026.

If the QR code does not scan

  • Make sure the print is sharp and not too small. The Counter card and A5 sign sizes are the safest.
  • Keep dark marks on a light background.
  • Avoid glossy laminate that reflects light straight back at the camera.
  • Open the funnel's link on your phone to check that the page itself loads. See Troubleshooting a funnel that is not working.
