This guide takes a new account from sign-up to its first ratings. Each step links to the help article with the details. Most businesses finish it in under an hour.
1. Create the account and choose a plan
- Create your account with your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters.
- On Your business, find your business by name or type it in. This names the account and its first location. If you pick it from the search, its Google listing is saved too.
- Choose a plan:
| Plan | Price | Locations |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 14 days free, then $97 a month | 1 |
| Business | $97 a month | 1 |
| Business Mogul | $297 a month | 5 included, then $30 a month each |
Every feature is on every plan. The free trial needs a card at checkout and renews at $97 a month unless you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe.
Details: Setting up your RepRocket account.
2. Check your locations
Open Settings → Locations.
- Check the first location's name and address.
- Check its Google listing. If it is empty, find the business by name, or paste its place ID or a Google Maps link.
- On Business Mogul, add your other locations now. You can copy funnels between them later.
Details: Funnels for different services and locations and Showing your Google reviews for each location.
3. Make your first funnel
Press New funnel, pick the standard funnel or a template, add your logo and your review links, and create it.
Details: How to create your first review funnel and Creating and launching your first funnel.
4. Decide who is told about low ratings
Open Recovery → Alerts. For each funnel, choose who gets the alert email. When nobody is listed, alerts go to the Admin owner, the people who work at that location and the Admins.
Then open Settings → Email and send yourself a test email, to check that mail from Rep Support reaches your inbox and not your spam folder.
Details: Low-rating alerts and follow-up emails.
5. Add your team
Open Users and press Add user for each person who helps you.
- Admin: every location, everything except billing.
- User: only the locations you give them; cannot delete funnels, ratings or QR cards, and cannot add people.
Details: Team management guide.
6. Optional: your own address and brand
- A subdomain such as
yourbusiness.reprocket.app, or your own domain, for each funnel: Settings → Domains. See Setting up a custom subdomain or domain. - Your own logo, color and domain on the whole dashboard, for agencies and franchises: Settings → White label. See White label guide.
7. Go live
Print a QR card for each place customers wait, and paste the funnel's link into the messages you already send. Then watch the Overview for the first ratings.
Details: How to share your funnel with a link or QR code and Tutorial: run a QR card campaign for Google reviews.
